The Bears’ 2026 regular-season schedule features a tough slate of opponents, with seven playoff teams on the upcoming docket. However, they will avoid facing more than two 2025 playoff teams in succession at any given point.
That will help the Bears, though many of their opponents who failed to make the playoffs last season–namely the Buccaneers and Lions–were both in the hunt down to the wire.
The Vikings have also added Pro Bowl quarterback Kyler Murray.
The Bears will have their work cut out for them, but the spacing should provide requisite breathers as they also prepare to be in the spotlight more often than they have at any point in recent memory.
That is the price of success, and one that head coach Ben Johnson and Co. will gladly pay year in and year out.
